Wanted to take a minute to write and say how pleased
I am with the recent move using your company. I, my wife and two small children
moved from Rancho Santa Margarita, CA to Germantown, TN (Memphis) the weeks of
Feb 10-21, 2003. Everyone from the Relocation Consultant, Erika Burke, the
packers, loaders, driver, and his assistant were excellent. The process went very
smoothly and everyone worked well as a team. The driver, Felix Morfin, and
his assistant, Ismoel G., deserve special acknowledgment. They were exceptional
- courteous, professional, helpful and very customer-focused. They hit the pickup
and delivery timeframes, as committed, and communications stayed open. I have
moved six times in my FedEx career and this was the best move yet. Whatever
you are doing to hire this caliper of employees, encourage this teamwork and stay
customer-focused keep doing it. If a future move is required I would certainly
be open to using North American again. |
