I am writing to commend your company for the incredible
service I received recntly during a local move. On July 31st I was scheduled
to have a moving company arrive at 3pm, pack, load, drive 25 miles to a storage
facility and unload. At 2:45pm they called to let me know that they would not
be honoring the reservation. As you know, finding an available moving company
on the last day of the month at 3pm is a long shot, but the home was closing escrow
the next day and it was imperative that the move happen that day. Your staff
at the Oxnard office recognized the urgency of the situation and went to work
finding me a crew. Frank sent over a crew that arrived at 6pm after already having
put in a full day. Through their amazing hard work we were loaded and on the road
to the storage unit within one hour and unloaded with a minute to spare before
the storage facility closed at 8:30pm. The efforts of your staff turned
what could have been a disaster into a successful outcome. My thanks and appreciation
go to Oscar N., Ezequiel M., Servando U., and Alicia G. for their extraordinary
hard work and professionalism. It is so refreshing to work with individuals who
truly care about a job well done. I will certainly recommend Alex's to my
