Late last year your company handled a
move for us. With all the confusion of moving, etc., I can't remember if I ever
sent a letter as intended. In the event I did, please excuse this second letter.
However, if I didn't, I wanted to make sure I extended my gratitude to your men
for a wonderful job. The event took place in late October of 2003 in a relocation
from Costa Mesa, California to Port Townsend, Washington. Initially we were a
bit apprehensive about the move due to horror stories that one hears about moving
companies in general. However, your company handled a similar move for some friends
and since they were happy with your performance, we decided to use your service. On
the scheduled day your men arrived as promised, and all three men were courteous,
professional and extremely careful with the packing and moving of our belongings.
We had some concerns over the transport of some fragile pieces but after expressing
our fears, you men paid extra attention to those items and for that we are most
grateful. Your lead man, Rodolfo Franco, kept us abreast of his itinerary
and anticipated delivery date so our worries about the delivery were kept to a
minimal. Upon arrival, all three men once again demonstrated the same respect
and care as they did at the time of pickup. Every single piece of furniture and
box on that truck arrived safely and no losses were suffered due to missing or
damaged items. Under the supervision of Rodolfo, the move was well organized and
the entire operation moved swiftly and efficiently. I applaud these men
for a superb job and they should get recognition for their wonderful work. Your
company is fortunate to have a trio of employees who demonstrate the performance,
reliability and respect that one would desire in a moving crew. They were excellent
and, because of them, I would have no qualms about recommending Alex Moving &
Storage to other people in need of your service. |
