My wife and I moved to Charlotte, NC area in May 2004. We moved with North American - Alex M & S in Lake Forest.

After a year we decided to move back. We just moved to La Quinta, CA from the Charlotte, NC area in late May. Julio Esparza was in charge of our move and the driver.

He was exceptional. They came on time, they loaded everything without incident, he managed the NA loaders and Julio set our expectations as to when our furniture would be delivered.

We got it delivered the earliest it could be delivered. There weren't any NA unloaders available but Julio got some temporary help and managed them well and the unloading went as smoothly as the loading.

He is competent, professional and easy to deal with.

We aren't interested in moving again, but when and if we do, we will have Alex M&S - NA do the move and will ask for Julio.
