VERY happy with Cross Country Move from Santa Ana
We were VERY happy with every single aspect of our move from Santa Barbara to the east coast...first of all the professionalism and accuracy of the local agent, Jerry Durham, was stellar. He has a special computer that actually adds up the weight of your home contents item by item,so gives a more accurate price, which he assured me would go down (!) after the truck was weighed - and it did! Even his initial estimate was over a thousand $ LESS than all the other local companies (who walked in the door, looked around for 3 minutes, and then gave me a very inflated price.) The driver and loading crew worked super fast, were polite and friendly. Despite thinking I was completely packed and ready for them, I wasn't, and extra boxes, tape, etc. appeared out of nowhere, the stuff was packed up quickly, and I never saw an extra charge. Then, to top it off, they arrived at our new house a week BEFORE I expected them. They were again fast and efficient, and had an itemized list matching all the stickers they've placed on every box/item, so you KNOW you have all your stuff. I am embarrassed to say I almost fell for one of the scam companies on the internet (where I am sure my stuff would be in a yard sale in Guadalajara!) - check out anyone you are considering - including Alex's - on the government DOT website first. https://www.protectyourmove.gov/ Alex's has a great rating, and I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

These guys were awesome! Everything was done in a super fast timely fashion, very professional and helpful. These guys work very hard... There was a TON of items to move and they handled everything amazing. They packed everything up perect, carefully handled everything and then helped put items together for me ( put tables and beds together,etc) very impressed and would def reccomend!!!

Dear Chris, I wanted to let you know that Erika did a terrific job organizing the move at our residence today. She was efficient, detail oriented and asked very helpful questions. I really appreciate her efforts. In addition, the 3-man crew which was sent out today performed in an outstanding manner on all facets of this project. They were handling 100+ year old antiques and numerous art pieces, portraits and fragile items plus assorted sizes of boxes and bags - All of which I needed placed in different locations between our two garages. I was so impressed that over a period of 5 or so hours they consistently worked extremely hard-plus they were courteous, polite, pleasant, careful and thorough the entire time. I would like to request this same crew in a few weeks when we finish our upstairs renovation - not only because of the above, but also due to their knowing exactly where all items have been placed-and on their next visit we have to reinstall everything back upstairs. Thank You For Making My Parents' Move Easy
Erika: I want to thank you aging for everything that you and your company have done to make this move of my parents thins easy. First of all I want to thank you for giving up part of your day off to accommodate my schedule. Secondly, I appreciate the care and concern that you showed while you were at my parents home. The professionalism you showed is excellent. I also want to commend the professionalism of the three gentlemen that packed my parents home. They were on time, courteous and very careful. The delivery actually worked out to be delivered today, Wednesday! I guess it was meant to be. The driver and his helper were very professional and very careful with the antiques. All of the furniture and antiques arrived without a scratch!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend North American Van Lines to anyone I know who will be moving. They really buckled down and worked so incredibly hard and fast. They should all be commended for their hard work. Rafael is the individual that took charge. Fabulous - Courteous, Professional Move from OC to Boise
Hi Erica. Just want to let you know how pleased I was with the service provided by your company. The guys were just fabulous - courteous, professional, hard workers who handled our property with the utmost care. Our move ran smooth from start to finish - from packing to unpacking. There was only 1 mishap in all those miles from California to Boise - a small dent on the top of our dryer.
