He is great. i can imagine that people don't take the time to send compliments when a job i s well done. I wanted to make sure that you know what a great, hard working crew you have. Dear Alex Moving,
Mr. Reiten called to let us know that the driver on his recent move was excellent. The customer said the driver was able to work the truck into tough spots with ease, care and precision. The customer stated that the driver was very professional and helped ease the customers mind at the time of delivery.
Please let Mr. Caceres know that we appreciate his efforts and are proud that he represents North American Van Lines so well.
Sincerely,
Karen Morrow

Hi Frank,
I just wanted to thank you in writing for the fantastic job your company and crew did in moving the Accounting Division from Academy Way to Biological Sciences. Your men went way beyond expectations to make sure everything was done correctly and were so patient without having "last minute" changes in where things were to be placed. They were all professional, polite, hard working and could not have been a better group to work with.
Also, the crew that came in for last minute changes on Monday morning also deserve a huge thank you!
I worked with the men at North Campus yesterday and in 90 degree heat they got everything done in record time. I told them they deserved special recognition for working above and beyond what was expected in sweltering heat!
Thanks again for your service,
Kathy

Dear Alex,
I must congratulate you on hiring the most efficient and competent people I have ever used in moving. Tom was quick, efficient and helpful as the evaluator or whatever you call him. Carolyn Brennerman, a satisfied customer, recommended your firm to me. She had moved from California to Georgia.
The movers at 20292 Tiller Circle on December 20 were excellent. We were all amazed that in spite of their size, they had no problem getting all that heavy furniture on the truck. It was obvious they had been well-trained. They didn't waste a minute. I haven't figured out what motivates them - pride in their work or fear of losing a job.
The movers who brought my furniture from California were incredible. Never have I seen two more dedicated workers - Jerry (Americans can't pronounce his Spanish name) and Rafael (I think that is correct - it was one of the angels). After three days of doing night and day driving, the movers arrived as per schedule on March 14. It was raining - Jerry had a cold and fever but they worked continuously despite the downpour and illness. I checked off each object (I thought).I was exhausted at the end of the day. They had to come back the next day - still raining and finish. As Jerry said, "Too meeny boxes." I agree - I think I had around 400. It took me 3 1/2 months to empty them all. Being alone, I could tell Jerry was concerned about me ever getting those boxes emptied. They would not leave the second day till every box was accounted for no matter how much "rooting" around they had to do. Where do you find such workers?
I will be pulling your stickers off my furniture I think forever. I discovered one yesterday. Give my regards to all who helped with the move.

Dear Mr. Burke:
On behalf of the California Highway Patrol (CHP), I am writing to express our appreciation for the assistance your firm recently rendered during the relocation of our Communication Center in Los Angeles County. The efficiency and courtesy your staff displayed impressed the affected staff and greatly contributed to the success of this challenging operation. The Communication Center staff wished to single out your on-site personnel, Armando and Nazareth, for their conscientious efforts. They did a great job for us.
If the CHP is in need of moving services in the future, you may rest assured we will contact you for a bid.

Dear North American,
There are few words to express how elated both myself and my husband were with the move provided by North American. In particular the 4 gentlemen who showed up at our home on the 4th of April to prepare and load all our furniture, the majority of which was antiques. They were without a doubt extremely professional, courteous, hardworking and all around fantastic.
On the arrival to our new home in Oregon Juan Carlos Svarez and Jose Arevalo, two of the gentlemen that originally inventoried, packed and loaded our furniture arrived and again amazed us. Prompt, professional, hardworking and every single item arrived in perfect condition. They setup everything and did an "OUTSTANDING JOB".
All we can say is without a doubt we would recommend North American again in a heartbeat but most of all these 4 gentlemen that we originally got after contacting Alex Moving & Storage in Oxnard, CA. You are fortunate to have such excellent employees and our experience with Juan and Jose was just perfect.
Thank you again and most of all thank those gentlemen for such hardworking ethics that are certainly appreciated by a very thankful couple.
Sincerely,
Mr. & Mrs. Foster

My name is Dyan. I work for the government and transferred from Rosebud South Dakota to Whiteriver Arizona.
Your employees Gustavo Vega and Damaso Suarez were the moving van drivers. I would like to commend them in their job. They were very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and with great efficiency. The packing/loading job in the moving vans was very well done.
Gustavo maneuvered the moving truck around a small neighborhood with tricky curves and corners super impressively!
Since they were so courteous, kind and efficient, I would like each of their personnel files to reflect customer satisfaction on my behalf.

To Whom It My Concern:
Late last year your company handled a move for us. With all the confusion of moving, etc., I can't remember if I ever sent a letter as intended. In the event I did, please excuse this second letter. However, if I didn't, I wanted to make sure I extended my gratitude to your men for a wonderful job.
The event took place in late October of 2003 in a relocation from Costa Mesa, California to Port Townsend, Washington. Initially we were a bit apprehensive about the move due to horror stories that one hears about moving companies in general. However, your company handled a similar move for some friends and since they were happy with your performance, we decided to use your service.
On the scheduled day your men arrived as promised, and all three men were courteous, professional and extremely careful with the packing and moving of our belongings. We had some concerns over the transport of some fragile pieces but after expressing our fears, you men paid extra attention to those items and for that we are most grateful.
Your lead man, Rodolfo Franco, kept us abreast of his itinerary and anticipated delivery date so our worries about the delivery were kept to a minimal. Upon arrival, all three men once again demonstrated the same respect and care as they did at the time of pickup. Every single piece of furniture and box on that truck arrived safely and no losses were suffered due to missing or damaged items. Under the supervision of Rodolfo, the move was well organized and the entire operation moved swiftly and efficiently.
I applaud these men for a superb job and they should get recognition for their wonderful work. Your company is fortunate to have a trio of employees who demonstrate the performance, reliability and respect that one would desire in a moving crew. They were excellent and, because of them, I would have no qualms about recommending Alex Moving & Storage to other people in need of your service.
Sincerely,
Mr. & Mrs. Voelker

To whom it may concern;
My husband and I would like to let you know how pleased we were with our move from Huntington Beach to your storage facility in Santa Ana. Your sales representative Judy Bartel handled everything very well and kept us informed every step of the way. The crew was extremely courteous, fast and efficient, and we enjoyed working with them. Everyone involved acted in a very professional manner.
We will highly recommend your services to our friends and relatives and look forward to working with Alex Moving & Storage during our final relocation to Las Vegas, NV.
Sincerely yours,

To Whom It May Concern:
We want to thank you for our successful move from New Jersey to Arizona. Actually, I should thanks Mr. Wallace Gibbs. As your representative you could not have found a better man. He treated our "precious stuff" and us as if we were royalty.
I was truly amazed as I watched him coordinate his men to arrange, stack, secure and fit everything as if he were a master puzzle solver. He utilized every inch of that truck. First he took note of our odd shaped objects. He measured them made some calculations, and then told his men what things to put into fill the odd space created. Nothing seemed forced of damaged. Mr. Gibbs truly is remarkable in his ability to load a truck.
Mr. Gibbs told us he would call when we reached Dallas. True to his word, he did. He also told us he would be at our house at 9:00 A.M. on Thursday, December the 8th. True to his word he was there.
As a finishing touch, his men followed his instructions, unloaded and placed our things right where we wanted them. They did an excellent job.
NorthAmerican take note, employees like Mr. Gibbs are hard to find.
Oh! To top it off -- What a gentleman.
Sincerely,
Ms. Lennart
