Join us in a round of applause to congratulate the next inductee into our employee spotlight: Grace. As an important member of our Orange County moving and storage company, she has helped make 2017 a good year and is sure to help make 2018 even better.

Spotlight On: Grace

Grace has been on board with Alex Moving and Storage for a year now. Grace’s main task is customer engagement for OTCA Lost and Found. As an engagement representative, she provides excellent customer service to the public who come into the office looking for their lost articles on a day to day. She is both proficient and efficient when it comes to assisting customers. Grace always shows good character toward her customers and does the best she can to help them locate their items knowing how important they can be to each one of them. With her willingness to help customers, they can retrieve their items left behind on any OCTA buses.

Aside from OCTA Lost and Found, Grace answers inbound calls and helps as much as she can around the office to ease the load off her colleagues. She is a huge help to the front desk. Although she is fairly new to the moving industry, she is very intrigued in acquiring as much knowledge as possible to be of more help to the customers of Alex Moving and Storage.

When off the clock, Grace is a loving mother of two little boys, ages six and 12. They enjoy going to amusement parks and spending time with family. Apart from being an excellent mother, Grace is an unusual 24-year-old who loves traveling and shopping. Grace is looking forward to creating more memories in life as well as with Alex Moving and Storage. She is excited to see what this industry has in store for her and is grateful for the skills she has gained.

As another valued member of our Orange County mover family, Grace has been a forward-thinking contributor who helps make our customers experiences with Alex Moving and Storage positive.  Thank you, Grace, for your dedication.
